Our house was built in the early 80's, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It was definitely a fixer upper. We had baby #3 this past year and now needed a 4 bedroom house. With the housing market being insane, we were worried that if we sold our house we wouldn't be able to find a new one. So, we decided it would be better to renovate. This was a total gut job. The original garage was converted into a master bedroom and bathroom with a mud room. Then we added a new garage, new flooring though out the whole house, new paint and a custom kitchen. There was also some major structural issues that had to be fixed. Eddie did an amazing job. Every crazy idea I had, he brought to life, The people that work for him do incredible work and are wonderful people. So if you are looking for a contractor, I highly recommend Covenant Contracting.
